Does your product really work?

How long will it take for me to see results?
Every person is different and your personal growth depends on YOU. There are several factors that determine how long it will take your beard to grow. My beard butter or balm has melted, why?
Our balms and butters are made with 100% natural ingredients and do not contain any preservatives. As a result, the butters may melt when kept in a hot environment. It is best to store your balms and butters at room temperature. However, no worries, melting will not affect the quality or benefits. Simply pop it in the fridge for a few hours to help it return to its solid form.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All beard care items are typically processed and sent via USPS First Class Packaging within 7 business days unless otherwise stated. We do our best to get your package containing beard care items to you within 6-14 business days, please note due to carrier challenges during COVID-19, your order may be delayed beyond our control.
Why haven’t I received a confirmation email?
Please verify that you entered the correct email address and check your spam folder.
Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
All sales are final. If there is an issue with your order please reach out to us and we will do our best to correct any errors and address your concerns. If your package is returned to us due to the carrier being unable to deliver it, we will offer to resend it or refund your money.
My package says it was delivered but I can't find it.
Jus Beard Co. LLC is not liable for any lost or stolen packages. If your package is CONFIRMED to be delivered to your address and you cannot locate it please contact your local post office to file a claim. Please allow up to 3 days after it says your package was delivered as it sometimes can still be delayed by the carrier. Additionally, please check all mailbox, package lockers, etc.
